Some good tips, . . . too much iodine will shut down your kidneys. Keep a knife and a source of fire on you at all times. Shelter and water are priority.

The Red or Green shirt is a must for all survival kits…..and as an EMT he went a bit out of his scope of practice giving advice on treatments….sometimes wrong advice….still a great video.

I found the video to be very interesting and I gained some knowledge except for where he said “Epi” or Epinephrine is a “vasodialator”..its not…it is a Vasoconstricter…it causes you blood vessels to become narrow and it forces blood into the core for perfusion…hence y its used in cardiac arrests..in higher dose…I noticed that the speaker gets easily distracted….but he still gave a lot of tips which are very useful. I’m going to include somethings he mentioned into my survival kit.

agreed this guy could have had a thirty second vid saying “buy a red shirt and you will live” rather than tons of other common sense facts mixed in there making it an hour long video

I thought I’d hear the full story before making a decision. You know, hear all facts first? Thats what educated people do.I kept waiting for something of value, sadly it never came.He has to keep checking his paper, not too convincing that even he knows what he’s talking about. If I said I didn’t like it & didn’t even watch it that would be a pretty dumb statement. Could have just said ” buy a red shirt” and that’d about the meat of the class. Red shirts = Guaranteed survival in any environment.
