In Scotland no license is needed
@OdoProductions lol my state is 16 1/2 and you dont need license at pay private or publice lakes like at parks and stuff
but if you dont have license cant keep em

what? 17 to get a licence? damn. here in britain we have to buy ours at 12, or pay a fine of £2,500 or $3,000
