We as the manufacturers send out strict directions to follow & sometimes people are too dumb to read them, then end up crying BOO HOO & damaging the product.
received the pen rod goliath 6,3 already, and still playing with the fish in the pond, amaze how the rod handle the fish , this pen fishing rods its not like many pen rods that you can easily found in e**y !

hI nico2200, thanks for watching & commenting. The spinning reels that we offer ARE interchangable (left or right) & yes, ALL Pen Fishing Reels will fit on any Pen Fishing Rod. However, the Extreme Bait Caster that we offer also comes with a removable Pen Rod reel seat so that you can install a regular reel seat that fits on a regular rod. This is our only reel available with this feature.
Hey Anthony, I just bought the spinning combo, however I’ve always used a baitcaster. Is the spinning reel left handed changable, and can I use the same rod if I buy a baitcast reel?

Hi steph my friends dad bought me a pen rod but i ended up breaking it it was one of those nock of ones those and i cant seem to find a pen rod extream none of them are 57″ could you put another link in to the extream page

Hi stephen4132 , thanks for watching & commenting. The fly reels can be spooled with the thinnest float line made, however, all Pen Fishing Rods have thin diameter guides which will not allow the float line to flow through freely. You have to use a method called ‘shooting head’ which means that you would have to put backing or mono on the reel, then float line to the front of the guides, then tippet, then a fly.
those fly reels can they be spooled with actual fly line or just normal is wat you normally use
