I always throw some sliced onions on top of the chicken, gives it a little better flavor…

Not a very healthy meal. Drop the sauce and add some vegitables , you’ll live longer.

We occasionally make this while were out camping. Great flavor, and it’s fun to cook like that.
That looks so good…
So you can haul 40 lbs of cast iron pots but it’s to much of a hassle to load up 20 lbs of charcoal? That makes zero sense.
