For the coffee part . . .just bring instant 3-in-1 coffee (black or with cream and sugar) – don’t have to bring coffee filter and all that.
Also . . I think there is this kind of Army ration type of prepared food where you just tear the top part of the the pack and then let it sit for a while, the food inside will react with the internal of the pack at it actually cooks!!!
